Trust me....Jehovah does not keep watch over the congo....I know 4 or 5 friends that were committing grave sins the whole time they kept getting "promoted" up the ranks. First to MS, then to elders. All the while living a lie. What happened to these so called brothers getting prayed over at Bethel before they are asked to serve? Pretty crappy system if you ask me.
Why has the Watchtower been wrong so many times about the end of "the system of things"? My parents kept telling me I would never go to pre-school before the end...then it was elementary school....then jr. high...then high school...then college.....still blab about it coming tomorrow. It's been 30 years. Pfft.

Maybe the original sin was that since God created Adam in his own image that he slept with Eve. Adam engaged in the first perversion of God's plan. Each with their kind. Adam ate of the fruit of Eve's Lunchbox Apple instead of waiting for God to make Steve as his sexual equal. After all we know Jesus was perfect and yet didn't spend time getting married, he spent time hanging out with his male lovers at the local casbah. Peter and Jesus cut a mean thread at the local "Men's Only" bar. Makes more sense than a naked woman eating a piece of fruit.

The Chinese torturing cats and dogs by the millions
by greendawn init is strange that in this day and age a country like china with a tradition of civilisation going back to ancient times treats cats and dogs as if they are nothing.
it's not just that they eat them or kill them for their fur but the cruel inhumane way in which the kill them, believing that if they die a painful death their meat will be more tasty.
not to mention that often they skin them alive as they don't care to wait until they die.

I've found some of the replies interesting. I do not condone the "torturing" of animals. In fact I don't like animals to be killed for food at all. But can't you see the selectively thinking eating one sort of animal over another is our own bias? LOL. I mentioned Octupus before, from Wikipedia....

Trocul...you were showering with lots of gay guys while you were in Iraq. Might want to cut them some slack since they were defending their country. It's an interesting fact that gays are actually over represented in the military vs. civilian life. Must be all that man on man showering goin on.
